After submitting the Booking and Inquiry form, you will receive an email within 72 hours with a full description. If you are booking, you will also receive an email with a rental agreement to review, fill, and sign, and a deposit invoice. We require a $50 non-refundable deposit to hold a date, which comes off of the final price. We also require an additional $50 refundable deposit for damage/loss of equipment. This deposit will be returned to you within 72 hours of pickup if no damage or loss is found. Your date will be reserved upon receipt of the deposit invoice payment and the completed rental agreement. Afterward, you will receive a confirmation email and an invoice for the remaining balance of your rental, which will be due upon delivery of the play set to your event.
